At ACE Total Fitness, we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and practical coaching experience — whether you follow an online program or train in person.
The policies below ensure clarity, consistency, and a high-quality coaching relationship.

Online Program Design & Coaching

Program Delivery

  • Personalized training programs are delivered through the ACE Total Fitness system.

  • Programs are updated weekly or biweekly, depending on the training plan.

  • You agree to submit check-ins, feedback, or tracking data as requested.

Communication

  • All coaching communication is handled through email or the ACE system.

  • Responses are typically provided within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

Health & Safety

  • You must disclose any injuries or health changes before training.

  • You are responsible for ensuring a safe training environment.

  • Stop exercise immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Equipment Responsibility

  • You are responsible for having safe, appropriate training equipment.

  • ACE Total Fitness does not supply equipment for online programs.

Accountability

  • Missed check-ins or incomplete feedback may delay program updates.

  • You agree to track workouts accurately and communicate progress as required.

In-Person Training

Session Expectations

  • Arrive on time and prepared for each session.

  • Wear proper athletic clothing and footwear.

  • Bring water and personal equipment if used.

Cancellations

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a session.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged as a completed session.

Safety Commitment

  • Notify your coach immediately if you feel pain or dizziness.

  • Follow all coaching instructions and facility rules.

Facility Requirements

  • Some locations require memberships or day passes.

  • Clients are responsible for any facility fees.

Professional Standards

Conduct

  • Respectful communication is expected at all times.

  • ACE Total Fitness maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or inappropriate behavior.

Confidentiality

  • Personal and health information is confidential and used only for coaching purposes.

Payment Policies

  • All services must be paid for in advance.

  • Digital programs are non-refundable.

  • Policies follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Agreement

By participating in ACE Total Fitness programs, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the above training policies.
