Mark Baldwin — Weight Loss & Strength Restoration

Goal: Lose 20 lbs, reduce joint pain, and regain functional strength

Mark’s program was developed after a detailed movement and lifestyle assessment, identifying tight hips, weak stabilizers, and postural imbalance caused by long hours at a desk.
His plan focuses on
joint-friendly strength training, low-impact cardio, and progressive mobility work to restore movement efficiency and reduce knee discomfort.
A balanced nutrition framework was added to support fat loss and recovery without restriction.

Heather Parker — Postpartum Strength & Endurance

Goal: Rebuild core and posture after C-section, and prepare for a 10K race

Heather’s program was created using her InBody results and postural assessment to design a plan that supports recovery and long-term endurance goals.
Her structure combines
core rebuilding, postural correction, and gradual cardio progression, with nutrition built around her metabolic data to promote lean muscle gain and sustainable fat loss.
This program showcases how smart progression and precision nutrition help clients transition from recovery to performance — safely and confidently.
