
Cancellation Policy
Notice Requirements
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session or check-in. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged as a full session.
For online clients, late or missing communication may delay weekly programming or updates.
Emergencies
βExceptions may be made for legitimate emergencies at the coach’s discretion. Please communicate as early as possible.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is available when notice is provided promptly. For in-person training, availability depends on facility hours and coach scheduling.
Refund Policy
Online Coaching & Program Design
All online programs, coaching plans, and training updates are non-refundable. Programs are delivered digitally and cannot be returned once accessed.
Digital Products
Digital guides, templates, and downloads are final sale and cannot be refunded after purchase.
βIn-Person Training Sessions
Purchased sessions or packages are non-refundable once training has begun.
If ACE Total Fitness must cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at no charge.
Memberships & Packages
βMulti-session training packages are non-refundable but may be transferred or extended in special circumstances at the coach’s discretion.
Late Arrivals
βSessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend the session length. After 15 minutes with no communication, the session may be marked as completed and non-refundable.
βAgreement
By using ACE Total Fitness services, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and refund policies outlined above.
